HHS Learning Portal (LMS)

HHS Learning Portal also known as the Learning Management System (LMS) is a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) enterprise-wide system that will be a one-stop-shop for all NIH employees, contractors, fellows, commission corps officers, guests and volunteers to access and track their training needs. This system will gradually replace existing training systems throughout NIH and HHS. The purpose of this initiative is to meet the requirements of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) by streamlining training across HHS. The system is available now, and is expected to be fully implemented throughout NIH by December 2009.

HRIBS

The Human Resources Information and Benefits System provides NIH employees with the ability to request and validate their benefits information.

ITAS

The Integrated Time and Attendance System allows users to update and approve their timecards online. Users can request leave via an online form at any time of day.

myPay

Provided by the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), myPay allows NIH employees to view their Leave and Earnings statements online at any time. Other changes employees can make through myPay include allotments, taxes, and Thrift Savings Plan contributions.
