Attached are the instructions and timelines for submitting FY 2004 SES performance appraisals and performance recognition recommendations as well as the accomplishments for IC Directors appointed under T-42.
The attached guidance differs somewhat from guidance provided last year due to the implementation of a new SES performance management plan. Please note that Attachment B is intended to assist SES members in preparing their Executive Self-Assessment and Attachment D is intended to assist SES Rating Officials in assigning initial summary ratings.
