It is important to update your Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) record when your eligibility and personal information changes. These include changes in your Active duty career, address, family status (marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, etc.) - Don’t forget to update your address with DEERS.
Failure to keep this information current may result in future denial of office visits, specialty care, laboratory testing, and pharmacy services including medication refills as well as denial of pending claims. - To update your DEERS records, please contact the Office of Commissioned Corps Operations, DEERS Project Officer
