HR Systems Outage Information

WiTS

Scheduled Outage

WiTS will be offline from 6:00pm, Thursday, May 23rd, to 7:00am, Tuesday, May 28th for the deployment of a number of technical enhancements.

During the outage period, WiTS and its related components (the HR Requests Page, HR Systems Access/Support web form, Senior Level Pay online form, Retirement Estimate form, and IC access to WiTS Reports via the OHR website) will be unavailable.

To prevent any loss of data, registered WiTS users will be asked to log out of WiTS by 5:30pm, Thursday, May 23rd.

Note: To request access/support for HR systems during the outage period, please email HR Systems Support at hrsystemssupport@od.nih.gov. If your issue is an emergency, you may call the HR Systems Support Team at 301-451-1436.

WiTS is expected to be restored no later than 7:00am ET, Tuesday, May 28th.
