May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, a crucial period for spotlighting mental health issues and combating associated stigmas. Recognizing that mental health is as vital as physical well-being is paramount.  We would like to remind you of the mental health and well-being services available to you and your family throughout the year. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential short-term counseling and other resources at no charge. We also encourage you to explore the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)’s Digital Shareable Resources (toolkit) to raise awareness about mental health in your community. The NIMH encourages you to use the hashtag #shareNIMH in your social media posts to connect with people and organizations sharing similar goals and amplify the impact of your efforts.
